When there is immediate danger
If someone is in immediate danger, do not wait for website replies or informal help. Contact emergency services, local police or the nearest official authority directly.

Before approaching police or official authorities
- Write the date, time and location of the incident as clearly as possible.
- Keep screenshots, call logs, messages, medical documents, witness details or source links safely.
- Do not edit or circulate sensitive evidence publicly.
- For children or sexual offences, avoid sharing identifying details publicly.
- Ask for acknowledgement, complaint number, CSR number, FIR number or diary reference when applicable.
What Suryalayam can do

- We cannot register an FIR for you.
- We cannot order police action.
- We cannot investigate a case.
- We cannot guarantee arrest, rescue, compensation or court result.
- We cannot receive or publish sensitive case evidence as a public website service.
Cybercrime route
For online abuse, cyberstalking, financial fraud, non-consensual intimate images, child-related cybercrime or other cyber offences, use the official National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
