Use these steps when internet is not available

This guide is intentionally static so it can work from the saved offline app cache. Reconnect to verify latest official routes when possible.

Immediate danger

Move to a safer visible place if possible. Call 112. Share location, landmark, people involved and what is happening now.

Call 1098. Do not confront dangerous people alone. Note time, place, vehicle number, shop/site name or landmark.

Women safety

Call emergency services first if there is immediate risk. Use local police, protection officer, women helpline or SHe-Box/official route when internet returns.

Cyber abuse

Do not delete evidence. Save screenshots, profile links, numbers, payment IDs and timestamps. Report through police/cybercrime route when online.

Missing child

Contact police and child helpline quickly. Share recent photo, clothing, last seen location, time, companions and known risks.

Child labour / trafficking

Record safe factual details only. Avoid risky confrontation. Use 1098, police, labour department or official reporting portal once online.
